Before You Order
Before you order, make sure you have checked all of the following linked pages!Please read the full Terms of Service. This shortened version encapsulates the most relevant points, but be sure to check the full page as well!
Terms of Service (short)
Orders under $80 USD must be paid 100% upfront. Payment plans are available for orders over $80 USD.
Payment through Ko-Fi is preferred, but can also be through PayPal, Wise, or Domestic E-Transfer within Canada. If you'd like to use anything other than Ko-Fi however, we will need to discuss it and arrange for invoicing.
No refunds once I have finished the sketch of your commission, unless we have discussed your reasons for requesting one and I have approved it.
Turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks with the option for rush orders (no sooner than 1 week).
My work is not to be used in AI, NFTs, or crypto.
I prefer that you do not repost my work. However, if you wish to, please ask for permission ahead of time. You must credit me if you repost my work.

Once you're ready to pay, go to Ko-Fi and purchase a commission under the correct category using the price we agreed upon.
Provide visual references of your character where applicable. References should be attached to or linked in the description of the Ko-Fi order at the time of purchase. Alternatively, you may email me after payment or message me on Discord with references.
Additional fees will apply in cases where visual references cannot provided, your request is considered complex, or if you request a custom design to be created.

Additional Fees
Rush Order: 50% of total price
"Total" price is base price + add-ons price (if applicable).
Order can be due no sooner than 1 week.
Revisions: Varies depending on complexity of request
No Visuals Provided: 50% of base price
This fee applies only if you do not provide any visual references (i.e. only providing text descriptions of your request).
Visual references can include Pinterest boards, moodboards, photos, your own mockups, or inspirational images. Anything helps, even if you are not confident in your own ability to create mockups!
Complex Design: 50% of base price
Includes intricate patterns, full body armour, machinery, cases where references are only in-game screenshots, etc.
If textures / brushes / assets are provided for patterns, the fee can be waived.

Small/Chibi Style
This option is for chibis or small, non-humanoid characters! This includes Pokémon, animals, custom species designs, or small monsters.
Base Price: $10 USD
Includes clean lines, at least 1 character, and flat colours.
Add-Ons
Additional Character(s): $5 USD per character
Shading: $5 USD per character
Background: $10-20 USD depending on complexity of scene
Custom Design: $10-20 USD depending on complexity of request
Variations: 50% of base price for 1 character
For additional characters in pieces with 2+ characters, variations are 50% of the Additional Character(s) price.

Terms of Service
General Terms & Usage
I have a right to reject orders that I do not feel comfortable taking for any reason.
Commissioned work is strictly for personal use only.
If you wish to use commissioned work commercially, you must contact me to discuss an additional fee.
My work is not to be used in AI, NFTs, or crypto.
You must credit me if you use my work.
Feel free to ask me how to credit me on specific platforms.
You are not allowed to edit my work without permission. This includes removing my signature/watermark.
If you would like edits to be made to the commission at any point after delivery, I will do so for a fee. Please contact me, and we can discuss any edits you may want.
Small changes such as re-colouring features may be delivered for free, while major updates to the piece (i.e. anything that requires reworking lines) will require additional payment.
Payment
I accept payment through Ko-Fi (preferred), PayPal, Wise, or Domestic E-Transfer within Canada.
A quote of the total cost of your commission will be provided by me once I have accepted your request. If you have agreed to the price, you may then send the payment via Ko-Fi or via another accepted payment method that we have discussed and agreed upon one.
Payment is 100% upfront for orders under $80 USD. Payment plans can be discussed for orders with a final price above $80 USD.
If the order must be fulfilled by a specific date (no sooner than 1 week from the time of ordering), a rush fee equal to 50% of the total order will be applied.
If the order includes a complex design, an additional fee will be applied.
A complex design includes elements such as intricate patterns, full body armour, machinery, cases where references are only in-game screenshots, etc. If textures / brushes / assets are provided for patterns, the fee may be waived.
If the order does not include visual references, or only includes minimal or unclear visual references or text descriptions, an additional fee will be applied.
Visual references can include Pinterest boards, moodboards, photos, your own mockups, or inspirational images. Anything helps, even if you are not confident in your own ability to create mockups!
Process & Delivery
I will contact you to state my intention to start your commission within an upcoming timeframe. If you wish to be refunded, you must contact me to discuss a cancellation before I have finished the sketch.
The turnaround time for your commission will range between 2 to 4 weeks depending on my health during this period, availability, the length of the current commissions queue, or the complexity of the commissioned piece.
If circumstances require me to take additional time beyond the estimated 4 weeks, I will contact you as soon as possible.
You will receive a full-resolution PNG of your completed commission via email. Images without a background will come with transparency. You can request commissions with variations as separate files.
You may request up to 3 adjustments to the commission for no additional charge.
If major changes are requested after the lining phase, an additional fee proportionate to the complexity of the request will apply to the order.
This additional fee will not apply if it was a misunderstanding on my part.
Refunds & Cancellation
Full refunds will only be normally available under the following circumstances:
I must cancel work on your commission for any reason
You cancel your commission for any reason before I have finished the sketch
Refunds can be made available on a case-by-case basis following a discussion if absolutely necessary, if the sketch has already been delivered.
If a refund is agreed upon, I will initiate the transfer of the money back to you myself. Do not attempt to refund your purchase through the payment platform without discussing with me beforehand. Doing so will result in being blacklisted from my services and contact avenues.
